There is no install media for hppa yet. No bsd.rd, floppy32.fs or
anything with an install script on it.

Current install instruction on local scsi hard-drive are available
here:

But you need first to boot in a diskless setup first.

My guess is you can do step 8 in Michael's mail from a CD-ROM you
mounted before hand. But I don't think that's what you had in mind.
