Current install instruction on local scsi hard-drive are available here: http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=openbsd-hppa&m=104273904106931&w=2 But you need first to boot in a diskless setup first. My guess is you can do step 8 in Michael's mail from a CD-ROM you mounted before hand.
