Netbooting a C110

Hello,

I have a C110, and I've discovered that the latest snapshot boots to a
command prompt, although it can't access the disks. While support for
disks is under development, I'd like to get the machine to netboot
(off another OpenBSD machine).

From what I can see, I need a LIF image containing a kernel with
``config bsd root on nfs swap on nfs''. I can theoretically cross
compile such a thing on my i386, but I haven't seen anything that I
can use to make a LIF image.

Hence, I have several questions.

 (a) Is there a LIF image with such a kernel available for download
     somewhere, that I've missed?
 (b) Are the any tools to create LIF images? (How is lif33.fs created?)
 (c) Is there a bootloader which can download a kernel via NFS and boot
     it? (Such as those for sparc and hp300.)
 (d) Is there a way to tell the kernel from the boot loader that I want
     it to mount root via NFS? (So that I could just use the GENERIC or
     RAMDISK kernels.)
