USB expansion card for OpenBSD/hppa?

I wonder if anyone knows of currently-available hardware that would
allow adding USB ports to an HP C360 running OpenBSD.  The machine
claims to support PCI (not PCIe) or EISA expansion cards, and after
some searching I found a StarTech card that fit that description [1].
However, it doesn't work for me.  There's nothing in dmesg output about
the card, and "pcidump -v" shows only some bogus-looking output:

I can't tell if the card is faulty, or OK but incompatible with this
ancient hardware, or OpenBSD lacks any support for it, or support
exists but isn't built into the standard hppa kernel.

Anyway, I'm not too concerned with trying to make this specific
card work, but I wonder if anyone knows of alternatives.
