upgraded ftp-proxy to support ipv6

Hello everyone, I have upgraded the 3.6 ftp-proxy
implementation to support ipv6. I have it tested
on our local testbed. It now support both ipv4 and
ipv6 ftp sessions. Support for ipv6 can be disabled
during compilation. Does anyone here know how
to contribute my work to the community?
