Erm...you do realize that we'd have to be handing out /48s at a rate of 
over 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 per year in order to exhaust them in 
300 years?

(Yeah, I realize that not all of 'em are available, my math is naive, 
etc. I'll grant you an order of magnitude of orders of magnitude, and 
you've still got enough to give everybody on the planet a brand-new /48 
each year every year for 300 years.)
