This is because itojun@ thinks it's a security problem, and
thus OpenBSD is "doble stack", not "dual stack".

I think he offered to fix any programmes that can't cope with
that, but for my djbdns port I used a different solution: instead
of having a programme listen to one IPv4 and one IPv6 socket,
I have two programmes, one listening to IPv4 and one to IPv6.
