Applying

http://membres.lycos.fr/rohee/ppp-patch-1.txt

Then

http://membres.lycos.fr/rohee/ppp-patch-2.txt

Should bring the in-tree ppp to FreeBSD level feature wise. There's
quite a few IPv6 related changes.

Please test and report.
