I've tested it with ipv4.  It's how I get the one win2k notebook on my VPN.
I don't know anything about ipv6 in Windows yet, so I don't know if it has a
hope of understanding it.

It's a little tricky and the documentation is a bit sparse, but once you get
it going, it's positively a dream.  I recommend getting an OpenBSD 
isakmpd <-> isakmpd setup going first if only to learn the debugging tricks
with a more supported environment, and then tackling using this creature.

Best of luck.  If you go this route, and you get it speaking IPv6, I'm sure
many (myself included) would love to hear about it.
