I think you will be able to install the system, but that is about all.
Some of the problems I can think of:
* swap will be too small, or it will take out too much of the disk
* you won't be able to install /usr/ports, or /usr/src and the like
So, you *may* just be able to get it installed, but then there is no
room left over. I had a terrible time on a 250M disk, until I found a
500M one for my mac68k. 500M gives you enough room for the whole deal,
plus sources.
And, yes, it is really useful to use NFS in this case, once the system
is up.
