Installer

Can anyone enlighten me as to why we don't have a bsd.rd kernel for 
mac68k? I understand that partitioning and installing bsd.rd would 
still need to be done by the MacOS-based utilities, but I think some of 
our install issues would go away if we used the standard install 
procedure. I was going to try to play with making a release before 
asking, but at the speed my 030 moves... I got impatient.
