Been mentioned twice in this thread so far.

As i understand it, the NetBSD folks, as of NetBSD 1.6, have a
functioning 68K RAM disk solution. Might be some code there which can
be borrowed?
Would be nice to solve the "can't use more than one SCSI drive bug" too.
