mac68K PHP and MySQL support

I have been all over the OpenBSD FAQ, my local OpenBSD directories, and
the web trying to find out how to get PHP (and MySQL) running under
mac68K OpenBSD. I have found precious little, but i have gleaned that
neither PHP (nor MySQL) are part of the default install. I've found
references to downloading PHP (and MySQL) packages from the ports tree.

Okay, i'm a bit surprised by this as Apache and PHP go together like fish
and water... but when i go out to the m68K (which i assume means mac68K)
ports page at:

<http://www.openbsd.org/3.2_packages/m68k.html>

or

<ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/3.2/packages/m68k>

i do not find a PHP (nor MySQL) package! Absolutely amazing! I cannot
believe that folks running OpenBSD on a mac68K aren't interested in
either PHP or MySQL. Is there something really simple here that i'm
missing? And if there really is no mac68K PHP (or MySQL) package out
there, how do i create one to upload to the ports tree (once i complete
my compiles)? Is that process documented anywhere? Will Apache need to
be recompiled to get either PHP or MySQL going? Is any of this
documented somewhere where i can't find?

TIA.
