Does anyone have experience in running OpenBSD on a PowerBook Duo. The supported hardware list states that "some models of the Duo series" are supported, but does not go into detail. I know the 280 won't work since it uses the 68LC040, but what of the others. I might be able to get a Duo 280c and have a proper 68040 soldered in in place of the LC unit so who knows. For those Duos that work, how well do they? In my perfect world, the Duo unit itself would be able to run BSD at a reasonable clip, preferably with at least some power saving support. Then I could insert it into a Duo Dock, have BSD recognise the Dock's installed hard disk and ethernet card, and be able to network to my other machines. Of course, I imagine that would be a pipe dream. Cheers, Adam.
