i'm *pretty sure* you can do this with a DB15-to-VGA adaptor, and you can buy
those for cheap.  just set the dip-switches to an acceptable resolution (e.g.,
640x480), don't plug a monitor into the VGA end, and voila.

again, i should stress that i *think* this will work.  i saw someone do it with
a PM7200 about six years ago or so, but i've never done it myself.
