missleading msg by disklabel

Hello,

When I try to disklabel on a partition instead of a disk I get an i/o error msg just like the disk is in readonly mode for any reason (maybe locked by securelevel, maybe locked by the usb enclousur, and so forth).

Is it possible to improve the msg to avoid missunderstandings and loses of time ?
