As Stefan mentioned: "There is some code for this chip", but incomplete,
therefore perhaps check out the source code tree for athn driver code and
commit there. 

I'm not sure if it is worth the work. If I remember correctly, OpenBSD is
max stuck at max AC speed. Better to swap out your hardware for the supported
ones if there is not a huge reason to support this cheap. Choose wisely.
