Long ago, we used to generate a .PDF for the three or four people that
wanted such a thing.

Today, almost every browser on almost every OS gives YOU the option to
"print to PDF".  So if you find it useful, you can do this yourself
quite "easily" (but tedious).

Really, I have no idea why this is of benefit in 2026.  I don't think
I understood it in 2003.  If you have the resources to read a PDF file,
you can check out the www/ directory and browse the website locally,
too.
