OpenBSD Loose UDP Routing?

This is a quote from one of their Knowledge Base articles.  Is it possible to
enable this in OpenBSD?

The reason for this is AC uses  "Loose UDP Routing". What this means is that
information that comes back from the servers is on a  different port than
information that is sent to them.
