spamd white lists immediately

Hi everyone,

i'm baffled about the current behavior of my spamd. It seems it white 
lists IPs immediately.

First i clean the white lists:

# rm /var/db/spamd

# pfctl -t spamd-white -T flush

Then i run the following:

# /usr/libexec/spamd -d -G 25:4:864

After about 5 seconds

# spamdb

I do get a fair amount of garbage emails, but shouldn't the first & pass 
timestamps be different?

This is on OpenBSD 6.0.

As usual clue stick would be appreciated
