merges most of the changes that happened in www/mozilla-firefox, that is:
- patches from matthieu for xshm 1.2 support for screen sharing (#1702919)
- patch to fix arrow keys in js terminals (Proxmox/ESXi for example)
- ship policies.json to neuter the AI madness
- drop patches for icu 78, python 3.14, llvm22, ffmpeg8...
