redis' license was relaxed to allowing AGPLv3 as well as the various
even more restrictive ones. I want to keep a BSD-licensed version here
as AGPL isn't always suitable - there's no library involved, so it's
relatively easy to have multiple versions in ports.

current status: now imported but unlinked. In normal runtime it seems
fairly happy but tests hit EADDRINUSE:
