I've commited this and dropped maintainer on both. Thanks for
maintaining.

It's more that it can't really support OpenBSD as we don't have a way
to set cpu affinity (so you can't e.g. enumerate cpuid on all cores
individually which is one of the things it's doing).

It might be possible to provide a stubbed-out hwloc that may be enough
to get snort working at least suboptimally.
