devel/intellij and devel/pycharm: update to 2026.2

I'd like to share with you an update for devel/intellij to 2026.2 which was
briefly tested by me and works.

Here also not working devel/pycharm update to 2026.2; why not working?
It fails as:

        Plugin 'Python Community Edition' (PythonCore) has dependency on 'Web Browser (JCEF)' which cannot be loaded

which is embedded chromium:

I haven't figured out yet how to disabled that browser or make it works
without chromium, and any help welcome.

I plan to commit devel/intellij in a few days, and devel/pycharm...
Well, until it is fixed we can't update it anymore.
