Update patch for p5-NetAddr-MAC

Hi.

Tiny maintainer update of Perl's NetAddr::MAC

All tests successful.
Files=23, Tests=395,  1 wallclock secs ( 0.04 usr  0.06 sys +  0.61 cusr  0.20 csys =  0.91 CPU)
Result: PASS
