sysutils/chezmoi moved from github.com/twpayne/chezmoi to chezmoi.io/chezmoi. That made updating it to a version after 2.62.4 a giant pain, since those versions couldn't be found on pkg.go.dev anymore after the move. Upstream just fixed that, so here's an update to the latest release. ok?
