ok let me know what you dig up

so if i understand correctly: you can set localisation in about config, 
which changes websites, but the user interface still won't change?

the latter is something unsurprising, as librewolf does not provide an 
i18n package, unlike mozilla. it's a small team, and they make a number 
of extensive UI changes.
