Hi,

We have p5-Data-Entropy version 0.008.  0.009 fixes CVE-2026-18536.
0.010 removes the remote random feature as the fix was incomplete.
It also adds a dependency to Devel::Deprecate which we don't have.

Instead of importing Devel::Deprecate to support a deprecated module
Data::Entropy without reverse dependencies, I would like to delete
it.

ok to cvs rm sysutils/p5-Data-Entropy and update Quirks.pm?
