Also for testing, followed:

https://arti.torproject.org/integrating-arti/using-tor/

$ arti --version
Arti 2.5.1
using runtime: TokioNativeTlsRuntime { .. }
optional features: journald
--

$ arti proxy -l debug -p 9150 &

$ TOR_PROVIDER=none TOR_SOCKS_PORT=9150 tor-browser

Was able to use browse .onion sites and http(s) web just fine.

Not sure if this is superfluous, but thought I'd add this for
testing coverage. Night.
