Committed with util added to WANTLIB (it now uses openpty(3)).

As with most ports, rust ports also need a 'make port-lib-depends-check'
run after every update.

Tests are quite broken right now (18 failures) because SK is set
to ./target/release/sk (seen from from the crate root). This can be
reduced to two failures if you drop SEPARATE_BUILD = Yes.
I think this is acceptable since SEPARATE_BUILD doesn't buy much in
rust ports anyway.

If for some reason you want to keep SEPARATE_BUILD, you'd need to patch
tests/common/mod.rs to adjust SK to use MODCARGO_TARGET_DIR and do a
SUBST_VAR dance.

The remaining two failures are expected since we don't have zellij in
ports (that's not going to be an easy one):

thread 'execute_interactive_child_keeps_receiving_keys_fullscreen' (560971) panicked at tests/common/zellij.rs:356:25:
Please install zellij (>= 0.44) to $PATH: CannotFindBinaryPath
