Here is an updated version of the monero-cli port, now bumped to
0.18.5.1.

Changes since my last version:

- Updated to Monero 0.18.5.1.

- The libunwind patch is now less invasive: instead of removing the
   liblzma detection block entirely, it is skipped only on OpenBSD
   (guarded by CMAKE_SYSTEM_NAME), so it could potentially be sent
   upstream.

- Switch to base-clang only (dropped the ports-gcc fallback) and use
   the Ninja generator; USE_GMAKE is gone.

- CMake now uses C++17, needed for protobuf compatibility, and
   OpenBSD detection was improved in CMakeLists.txt
   (CMAKE_SYSTEM_NAME MATCHES "kOpenBSD.*|OpenBSD.*"). The readline/
   curses and ereadline paths in the CMake patches are now conditional
   on OpenBSD instead of being hardcoded, and the hidapi_init rename
   is guarded by #ifdef __OpenBSD__.

- Added devel/abseil-cpp and devel/libusb1 as build dependencies
   (WANTLIB updated accordingly); converters/libiconv is no longer
   needed.

- Three new patches: patch-cmake_CheckTrezor_cmake,
   patch-external_db_drivers_liblmdb_mdb_c (MDB_WRITEMAP for the
   vendored LMDB) and patch-src_serialization_binary_archive_h.

- All patches now carry an SPDX header and an Index: line in the
   usual ports style.

- pkg/PLIST: the @sample entry for ${LOCALSTATEDIR}/lib/monero/
   was removed. Also fixed rc_cmd $1 -> rc_cmd "$1" in monerod.rc and
   reflowed DESCR.

Builds and tests fine here so far. Comments and testing welcome.
