Consolidate sil.org fonts

Hi,

We package several fonts developed by SIL:

- abyssinica
- alkalami
- andika
- annapurna
- charis
- dai-banna
- doulos-cipher
- doulos
- gentium
- scheherazade
- tagmukay

The attached port combines them into a single subdir, updates those with
newer versions, packages webfonts, and adds some fonts we didn't have.
