I can cook patches for Tor Browser, but waitng is fine.

My main concern that better to test ffmpeg early, because it may broke many
things from blender and mvp to who know else like tdesktop on some cases.

Also, I not sure how many people actually watch videos in Tor Browser which
needs ffmpeg.

I had tested current firefox against ffmpeg-9.0 and it plays random videos
from youtube.

So, blust radius should be quite limited.
