thanks for this submission, i have to admit i dont really see what
xapp-symbolic-icons fixes in my usecases, but the adwaita-xfce theme
works fine on xfce here. i'm more used to elementary-xfce anyway.

i dont have a strong opinion on that, but given that this is the github
project name, xapp-symbolic-icons seems fine. i've seen that at least it
doesnt conflict with hicolor icons..
so, if another developer could ok the submission i'd import them, or
they can be imported with my ok.
