I have used tor-browser from my prebuided packages for ffmepg-9.0:
https://kirill.korins.ky/pub/packages/ffmpeg-9.0.1/

It can't play the smallest one on system with ffmpeg-9.0.1, but after I
applied and this patch to tor-browser and rebuild it, it plays video well.
