64-bit PowerPC port, end in sight

Hi,

I think this will near my last post to this topic.  I failed to port OpenBSD
to 64-bit PowerPC.  But I wrote up a last paper on the inofficial port page
that I set up since the beginning.

I want to wish everyone a happy time this Christmas season, stay safe and
perhaps some other people want to attempt where I failed.  With the other
projects that I want to do in 2019 I'll be pretty busy, but I just know I'm
going to be very interested what others are doing with macppc and co.

Even though it is a fail, I don't view it as such.  It seasoned me a little.
