OpenBSD as VM guest on Power9: Does any working virtualizer host exist?

Are you aware of any Power9 virtualization solution where it would
work to run OpenBSD as VM guest?

The "Current Status" at https://www.openbsd.org/powerpc64.html says
"OpenBSD/powerpc64 does not run under a hypervisor such as PowerVM or
PowerKVM".

As I get it, OpenBSD requires the host to export an OPAL firmware
interface. Not sure if there is any VM host that offers this.

Absent of OpenBSD VMM support for Power9, could Linux KVM be used as
host somehow?
