Testing SMP I386

Hello,
i have a hold Siemens 560 Server

- 4 Processor PPro 200Mhz

I have compile OpenBSD SMP current (20 June 2004).

The system start correctly ... :)

i want a testing smp...

make clean 
make -j5 depend OK :)
make -j5 ...starting..ooo compiling...but .after 5 minuter kernel FREEZE :(

What is the method for find a bug in this case?
