Sure.  Administered.  Kernel hacking is another matter.  I've seen
hardware hang so hard it needed a power reset.  Sure, you can hack
up (whatever) ways to do almost anything remotely.  I've got access
to an S/390 machine that I could give remote access to...  blargh...
