One place you are always guaranteed words of encouragement is the
@openbsd.org mailing lists!  Just makes you want to go out and learn it
all just to be told by someone you don't know that you'll never be able
to do it!

Will Ellis-Adams: Someone should have said 'thanks for the offer' but

Hmm...  if you do not have any knowledge of traditional BSD/unix
kernels, and you expect to be able to code up SMP, good luck.  It
will take you more than just a little while...
