This list is listed in the main page for OpenBSD mailing lists. So why 
would there be another one?

Have you ever considered checking the archives for this list? It's 
surely a low volume list, but if you do some reading on the archives, 
you'll see a lot of interesting info concerning why it's low volume.

Are you the same Manish who sent a "test" message to this list? If so, 
please don't do that again, it's annoying and you cannot control or 
fix anything in this list, so there's no point in testing it.
