Re: How to build a bootable ISO for sparc64?

thanks for taking time to answer my questions.

Maybe I expressed it in a wrong way:

I don't like to boot from disk (even if the system is installed and
running) I just want to bring the kernel on CD, but having the root
filesystem on disk (or on USB-Stick).

This is intended more as a hack, because my OpenBoot does not support
Boot from USB.

Therfore I had to find a "place" where my kernel can be loaded, when
my Filesystems are on a USB-Stick.

I know its quite weird, but I dont want to have disks in this box at
the end.
