Hi, We had 10s of these, and, yes, they had special mounts that the V100 could slide in and out of. Have you tried ebay? The simpliest is probably to just put a shelf in and stack them, they are very light. Or, just let it rest on the system below. Ugly, I know. Either that or go poke around some hardware store, buy some bits of steel, and, start drilling. Good luck. cheers bruce On Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 03:44:51PM -0500, Hans Ivers wrote: > Hi everybody, > > Sorry for being a little bit off-topic! > > I have two Sunfire V100 (web server and firewall with OpenBSD 4.6) and I > would like to mount them on a "open rackmount" (like this one for example : > http://network-rack.net/pic/Open-rack-Open-Rack-CR-378-0.jpg ). > > However, from my understanding of Sun Documentation, mount brackets > included with this model are designed for a server cabinet (i.e., > these are the long sliding brackets on rear side). > > After looking around various Sun models, what I need is mount brackets > like those included in the Netra X1 model (small L shape to be fixed > on the front part of the case, with two screws on each side).
