I can't be the only one who uses Firefox on SPARC... I regularly run firefox on a sparc64 ultra 5, running a couple month out of date 4.6-current snapshot. It's slow but it works, except for a few sites that cause ff to dump core (Facebook and others). I've run ff on that machine over various releases, snapshots, whatever. Sometimes sites that used to crash ff don't after an upgrade, and things that used to work don't any more. But overall it has always worked, though I had to give up vimperator several months back. -- Darrin Chandler | Phoenix BSD User Group | MetaBUG [email protected] | http://phxbug.org/ | http://metabug.org/ http://www.stilyagin.com/ | Daemons in the Desert | Global BUG Federation
