SV 125 PS2 to Sun converter issue (keyboard not detected)

Greetings to all, this is my first post to the OpenBSD mailing lists.

I have used OpenBSD for many years with great success. I looked in the
man pages and years of message archives for this, but didn't see
anything about this subject.

I am using a Starview PS2 to Sun converter (SV 125), here is a link:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817707030

I have installed 4.8-RELEASE onto a Sun Ultra 80 (sparc64), it works
great with the Sun keyboard / mouse. However, when a PS2 keyboard /
mouse is plugged in, the keyboard is not detected. My ultimate goal
is to hook this machine up to a PS2 KVM.

I have put two dmesg outputs at the bottom of this message, one with
the Sun keyboard / mouse, the other with a PS2 keyboard / mouse hooked
up with the SV 125. I apologize for the over 72 character limit on the
dmesg output, but I figured that it was better not to edit them.

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction to fix this, I
am guessing someone else has used one of these before.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Here is the dmesg output (with the Sun keyboard / mouse):
