sys/powerpc64: add em* to RAMDISK

I'd like to add em* to powerpc64's RAMDISK.

I was able to boot OpenBSD/powerpc64 in qemu and em0 / e1000e seems the
simpler to support NIC for that setup.

GENERIC kernel already has it between mcx* and mpii*.

Ok?
