Looks like our patch tool has some problems to apply the binary
test files in the patch.
patch: **** malformed patch at line 4064: RCS file:
gnu/usr.bin/perl/cpan/IO-Compress/t/files/time-invalid.zip

GNU patch has less problems, but also complains.
checking file gnu/usr.bin/perl/cpan/IO-Compress/t/files/encrypt-standard.zip
Hunk #1 succeeded at 1 with fuzz 1.

But the content is correct.  Just make sure that you don't rely on
this toolchain when commiting.
