The kernel supports the same interfaces as the boot loader, so
if you were able to get a kernel loaded you should be able to
do a network install.

Can you supply a console log of everything from the >>> prompt
to where you get stuck?

You'll have to look at the drive and or controller. Currently
the only uVAX II controllers supported by OpenBSD speak MSCP to
the OS, but the drive protocol could be almost anything.
