Hello Yasuoka,
      I have downloaded SimH 3.9 and created a new virtual VAX with 
OpenBSD 5.1. It seems to work fine here (Windows XP enviroment). After 
creating a new install, I rebooted it several times. Here is my VAX.INI 
file for you to look at.
