The smaller machines are not useful for this task.  The right performance
point is the 4000/90, 4000/96, 4000/100 or 4000/110 systems (different
kinds of chassis, but the right size and performance).

We do not wish to use a vax emulator.  That will use even more power
than the vaxes, and actually we are still looking for someone to pay
the power bill around here.
