New mirror in Seattle, WA

Hello,

I have set up a new OpenBSD mirror at the Westin Building in Seattle, 
WA.  It has a 20Mbit/s connection to the Internet and offers access to 
the last two releases and snapshots via HTTP, FTP, and rsync.

   ftp://mirror.3tier.com/pub/OpenBSD/
   rsync://mirror.3tier.com/openbsd/

We are currently syncing from rsync://ftp3.usa.openbsd.org/ftp/.  Please 
let me know if there are any questions or concerns about this mirror.
